What time is check-in and check-out?

Check in time begins at 3:00 p.m.   If you arrive after 1 p.m. prior to check in time, we can get you parked and you are more than welcome to use our facilities until check in time.

Check out is by 11 a.m. on your day of departure.

Do you have late check-out?

Although we take every measure necessary to accommodate guest requests, late check outs (especially during peak season) are difficult.  Our staff needs adequate time to clean the rooms to our top standard and prepare for arriving guests.  As long as you check out of your room by 11 a.m., you are more than welcome to keep your vehicle parked on our premises until 1 p.m.  

Do you have parking?

Yes, we have garage parking and can accommodate one parking space per room.  There is no charge for parking.  Additional vehicle parking is the responsibility of our guests.  Visit the Rehoboth Beach Chamber of Commerce website for public parking options. 

What is required at check-in?

Please bring your drivers license or picture form of identification, your credit card, vehicle information including license plate number.  A parking pass will be issued to you at check in for your vehicle.

What is the minimum age to rent a room?

We do not allow minors under the age of 21 to book a room or to stay unaccompanied by an adult

Is smoking permitted at the hotel?

Smoking is prohibited in our hotel.  There is a designated smoking area outside of the hotel.

You will be required to sign a no smoking agreement at check in and will be charged a smoking damage fee of $250.00 if you smoke in our hotel.  

Do you allow pets?

Pets are not allowed in our hotel for the health and safety of guests with allergy conditions.

How many people can occupy a room?

King Bed Suite = maximum of 4 total guests

Two Double Bed Suite = maximum of 6 total guests

Queen Bed (accessible studio) = maximum of 2 guests

Is there a charge for going above standard occupancy?

All rates quoted are based on two adults per room.  Each additional person in the room 12 years of age and older will incur an additional charge per night.  $30.00 per night during peak season (May 1 through Oct. 31st) $15.00 per night during the offseason (Nov. 1 through April 30th).

How can I pay?

A deposit is taken at the time of your reservation equal to one night stay + taxes. Your remaining balance is due at check in. We accept all major credit cards and accept cash. A credit card is still required to have on file even with a cash payment.

Do you provide breakfast?

We do not provide breakfast, however, there are several places that provide breakfast close to our hotel.

Do you have a pool?

Yes, we have a glass enclosed pool on our rooftop, with a large outdoor sundeck off of the pool.  Our pool is heated during winter months only.   Our pool hours are 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. 

Do you have roll-away cribs and beds?

We have roll-a-way beds for an additional charge per night

($30 a night from May 1 through Oct. 31st)

($15 per night from Nov. 1st through April 30th)

We have Pack-N-Plays for an additional $15 per night
